Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your shirt. If it is not right, we will make it easy.

3 days, free of charge

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. It is free. We arrange the pickup from your address.

What we accept

The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached and the packaging kept.

How to ask

Call 9846373627 or email linenio.in@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and the reason, and send a photo if the shirt is damaged.

Exchanges

You can exchange for another size or colour, depending on what we have in stock. If your size or colour is not available, we will refund you instead.

Refunds

After the shirt reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund you within 7 working days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the details you give us.

Damaged or wrong item

If your shirt arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover all the shipping.
