Shipping Policy

Linenio ships across India. Here is how it works, in plain words.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Dispatch

We dispatch every order within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 2 to 6 working days from the date of dispatch. Remote pin codes can take longer. Weather, strikes and courier delays are outside our control, and we will help you if your order is running late.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking ID. You can follow your parcel on the courier's tracking page.

Payment options

We offer Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards and net banking). Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will see it at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, full address, pin code and phone number before you place the order. A wrong or incomplete address can cause delays or a failed delivery. Keep your phone reachable, because the courier will call before delivery.

Delivery attempts

The courier makes multiple delivery attempts. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order or gave an incorrect address, it returns to us. For Cash on Delivery orders that are refused repeatedly, we may offer only online payment on future orders from that customer.
